Who we are. FeaFea keeps your details. To ask anything about them, write to the shop.
What we keep and why. Your name and phone so we know you at the till and online; your email if you give it; what you buy, for your receipts and returns; your sizes and what you like, to serve you better; your address, to deliver. When you talk to our AI stylist, your voice and camera are never kept. We send you offers only if you said yes, and you can stop them at any time.
We never sell your details. They are used only to serve you.
How long. While you shop with us. If you stop coming, your name and contact details are removed after a while.
Your rights. You may ask to see your details, to have a copy, to correct them, to have them deleted, and to stop offers — in the app, on our website, or at the shop. We answer within 30 days.
With an account, you can see, download or delete your details, and stop marketing, in Account › My data.
